I don't sell courses or big transformations. I look at how your business actually runs, find the one or two places a system would pay for itself, and then either build it or hand you a plan to build it yourself.

I write every job up as a case study. Each one is based on real work. I change the names, details and figures to protect the businesses involved, and every post says so. The point is to show you exactly how the problem was found and fixed, so you can judge whether the same thing is happening in your business.
