These terms apply to consultations booked through davidmelnichuk.com. By booking, you agree to them.

What you're buying

A consult is a 30-minute phone call with me, David Melnichuk, to look at one problem in your business and whether an AI system or a simpler fix would help. I read your answers beforehand so we can start on your problem straight away.

Price and payment

The fee is $99, paid in advance by card through Stripe when you book. After you pay, you choose a time through Cal.com.

Cancelling and rescheduling

• Cancel at least 24 hours before the call and you get a full refund.
• You can reschedule once for free. Please give at least 24 hours' notice.
• If you miss the call without notice, the fee isn't refunded.
• If I need to cancel or reschedule, you can choose a full refund or a new time.

To reschedule, use the link in your calendar invitation. To cancel and get a refund, email info@davidmelnichuk.com. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and your bank may take several business days to show them.

What to expect from the call

I'll give you my honest view based on what you tell me. I can't guarantee any result, and nothing I say is legal, financial or tax advice. If you'd like help building something afterward, that is a separate agreement and is never required.

The case studies on this site are based on real work. I change names, details and figures to protect the businesses involved, and some figures are illustrative. They are examples, not a promise that you will get the same result.

How I handle your information is explained in the privacy policy.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, my total liability for anything connected to a consult is limited to the fee you paid for it.

Changes

I may update these terms. The terms in effect when you book apply to your consult.
